Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original manufacturer's boxing to ensure safe transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping labels to your boxes and schedule a carrier pickup or drop them off at an authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
